Don't remove it. You have an illegitimate copy of Windows 8, but SECOH-QAD.exe is used by KMSpico to keep Windows 8 activated and isn't actually harmful.

I recently bought a 5TB Seagate external USB 3.0 hard drive.
The external version was on sale, and I bought it planning to pop out the hard drive and install it in my computer as an internal drive.
Connected using the external USB enclosure, it works fine on my Windows 7 x64 machine with the full capacity.
It is partitioned with a basic MBR and formatted with NTFS for a total storage space of about 4.6TB.
Solved my problem.
This is a helpful read...

"You can use the full capacity of a 3TB drive via USB--with a drive enclosure that supports it. The SATA-to-USB bridge chip inside the enclosure takes care of any addressing issues. This is why the first 3TB drive shipped last summer as an external model--a switch from the usual pattern of internal units shipping first."
In Short: Apparently my external enclosure was converting everything on the fly so Windows could access the drive normally.
Lesson Learned: If you're going to take an external drive out of its enclosure and put it into your computer, do all the setting up AFTER its in the computer.
Bottom Line: Don't bother partitioning, formatting, BitLocking or copying data to it before you put it in!

PayPal will not let you set your credit card payment as the default because they want to skim every last penny from your transaction, and they keep a bigger cut if you use your bank account.
They don’t make very clear when you jump through the hoops to add your bank account that you will have to use it as your primary payment option.
They know customers are not happy about this – it has been voiced for years on their help forums. They could easily allow you to change the settings. But they don’t – they don’t care about inconvenience to the user.

The DBAN autonuke feature may also Nuke the Flash Drive (and as usual, any other drive it detects). To prevent DBAN's autonuke feature from wiping the thumb drive, pendrivelinux subscriber Lee Sonko suggests the following:
"Remove your thumb drive after dban has loaded, but before it has started wiping drives."
that means taking the usb drive out after selecting automatic option and "loading ......" on the bottom of the blue screen is finished. take it out right before/when the black screen starts

The package is trackable (if you print the label online) though no signature is required on delivery. An interesting tidbit, any package over a pound is automatically considered priority mail even if you want to do it first class. Both are transported together and it is not treated any differently than regular mail. The 2-3 day delivery timeline is an estimate and not a guarantee, you’ll need Express Mail for a money-back guarantee
SIG CONF:Over $250 always use Signature Confirmation (and DC!)! If you don't there are some dishonest buyers out there that will see you sent it non-signature and they will file claim with Paypal saying "I didnt receive the item" and they will win.
