sqlite database.yml - Change PG to SQlite

1) don't forget to re-run bundle afterwards

2) Ensure the SQLite 3 gem is defined in your Gemfile

gem 'sqlite3'

3) database.yml:

default: &default

  adapter: sqlite3

  pool: <%= ENV.fetch("RAILS_MAX_THREADS") { 5 } %>

  timeout: 5000

development:

  <<: *default

  database: db/development.sqlite3

# Warning: The database defined as "test" will be erased and
