I find this is a hassle so I just let it shut off automatically. I haven't found any better way to shut down the controller quickly.

You can unplug the dongle and move it over to a new PC or laptop seamlessly if you are transitioning often between multiple computers. The USB dongle comes out very easily.

I dislike the thumb stick funds because they are very tough to press down compared to the PS3 or Xbox controllers. Granted you don't have to use these keys to press down very often for most controls in gains, it is still slight annoyance compared to the official controllers. They just don't feel as easy to
